Education Qualification:B.sc or B.Tech (Electrical/Electronics) with MBA (Optional)
Candidate having good experience in Technical Product Sales with Good Communication Skills. Product Marketing, Achieving Sales Targets, Negotiation, Selling to Customer Needs, Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Building Relationships, Coaching, Managing Processes, Market Knowledge, Developing Budgets.
Techno Commercial Knowledge on Industrial Automation, Industrial Solutions, Engineering, Erection & Commissioning & IIoT Products like PLC, DCS, HMI, SCADA, VFDs, Servo Systems, Industrial PCs, Industrial Data Acquisition and Software Solutions IoT Products and Industrial Networking Products.
Working with Products and Partners
Work with Management Team to ensure consistent lead generation.
Collaborate with OEMs to create and train prospecting process and lead qualification process. Manage day-to- day performance of all sales and deliver reviews.
Work with leadership to generate ideas for sales contests and motivational initiatives. Lead and schedule weekly and/or monthly team meetings with team, OEMs/Suppliers and leadership.
Track metrics and report data to leadership on a regular basis and Implement performance plans according to company targets and Ensure adherence to sales process.
Visiting customer sites and studying requirements and providing inputs to technical team to get correct solutions.
Visiting customer places and studying requirements and implementing solutions.
Studying and Identifying potential opportunity’s in IoT market, sharing inputs to management team to develop suitable solutions to the customer
